Mitsubishi Mirage Sedan-car

The Mitsubishi Mirage is a sedan car manufactured by Mitsubishi since 1978. The sedan model marketed prominently as the Mitsubishi Lancer was the compact offerings. The current Mirage model is a subcompact sedan and it replaces the Mitsubishi Colt sold between 2002 and 2012. At the same time as this facelift, Mitsubishi introduced a 4-door sedan variant to Japan under the names Mitsubishi Mirage and Mitsubishi Lancer Fiore, which is not to be confused with the unrelated regular Lancer. The sedan's backseat folded in a 60/40 split. 

Mitsubishi launched the 2nd generation Mirage to Japan in 1983, again splitting the range into Mirage 4-door sedan model. The Mitsubishi Mirage car received a very mild facelift in early 1986, along with some new engine options for the Japanese domestic market. The transmissions were updated at the same time.
