Isuzu Giga Trucks

The Isuzu Giga also was known as the Isuzu C/E series (second generation), is a heavy-duty commercial truck manufactured by Isuzu Motors Ltd. The Isuzu Giga's size range is mostly made up of full-size trucks, and was previously known as the 'Isuzu Heavy-Duty Truck'. The Isuzu Giga was created to succeed the Isuzu 810 Truck. Most full-size models of the Giga truck are distinguishable by a front "Giga" and "CXZ" badge, but the common Isuzu badge is usually used on the rear. In global markets, its principal competitors are Mitsubishi Fuso Super Great, Nissan UD Trucks Quon, and Hino Profia. And outside of Japan, the truck series is in the "C" and "E", stands for "comfort" and "economic", respectively. According to 1st generation, the original Giga line was introduced in 1994 as a successor to the Isuzu 810, initially as a standard roof. It is also available in high roof configuration. The 2nd generation of the range appeared at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show after 21 years of its previous generation models of Isuzu Giga. 

As the name suggests, the Isuzu Giga is a super-sized heavy duty commercial truck exclusive to Isuzu but sometimes sold under the CHEVROLET brand depending on the market. Although collectively called the Isuzu Giga, the range includes around 18 different models for specific commercial applications. For each type of the truck, the axle layout, a number of wheels suspension type, as well as many other specifications, can differ greatly. Accordingly, buyers should purchase the model specific for their particular needs. Engine size can also differ greatly; and the most common size of Giga is around 14000cc (KL-CYM51V3) with larger engines being offered for higher load capacity models (KC-CYM50V1) of the truck.
