Japan Used Nissan Patrol for Sale

The Nissan Patrol is a wagon car produced by Japanese automobile manufacturer company Nissan Motor Company Ltd. since 1951. It is a series of four-wheel drive vehicles. The Nissan Patrol has been available as a 3-door short-wheelbase or a 5-door long-wheelbase chassis since 1951. It was also called Nissan Safari and Nissan Armada. The long-wheelbase version has been offered in cab chassis and pickup truck variants.

The first generation of the Nissan Patrol (4W60) was produced from 1951 to 1960. It was similar to the Willys Jeep in styling. It used the 3.7-liter Nissan NAK engine from the Nissan 290 bus, that generates power output of 75 hp.

The second generation of the Nissan Patrol (60) was produced from 1960 to 1980. It was available in 4.0 L P I6 petrol engine with 3-speed or 4-speed manual transmission. Nissan Patrol 60 series was produced in short, medium and long wheel-base versions.

The third generation of the Nissan Patrol (160) was produced from 1980 to 1989. It replaced the Nissan 60 series. It was available with L28, P40 and SD33 engines with a 4-speed manual transmission. 

The fourth generation of Nissan Patrol (Y60) was produced from 1987 to 1997. It was available in 2.8 L RD28T I6-T (diesel), 3.0 L RB30S I6 (petrol), 4.2 L TB42S/TB42E I6 (petrol) or 4.2 L TD42 I6 (diesel) with 4-speed RE4R03A automatic or 5-speed FS5R50A manual transmission.

The fifth generation of the Nissan Patrol (Y61) was produced from 1997 to 2000. It was available in variants of engine 4.5 or 4.8-liter petrol, 2.8, 3.0 or 4.2-litre turbo diesel and 4.2-liter turbo diesel intercooler. It was updated in the drive train and included larger CVs and fewer synchros in the manual transmission. 

The sixth generation of Nissan Patrol (Y62) was produced since 2010. Nissan introduced a limited-run Patrol black Special edition. For 2017, all models were available with a 7-speed automatic transmission while previously it was offered a 5-speed automatic and also 6-speed manual transmission.
