The Jeep is a brand of American automaker that is a division of FCA US LLC (formerly Chrysler Group, LLC), an entirely owned auxiliary of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. The former Chrysler Corporation obtained the Jeep brand, the division is headquartered positioned in Toledo, Ohio. The original Jeep was the example of Bantam BRC. Willys MB Jeeps went into production since 1941 exclusively for the military, arguably making them the oldest 4-wheel drive mass-invention vehicles now it was known as SUVs.

Jeeps were used for many purposes, including cable laying, saw milling, as firefighting pumpers, field ambulances, and tractors and, with suitable wheels, would even run on railway tracks.
